VIENNESE WALTZ

Now is the time for the Viennese waltz. I think that's one of the most standard dances. Has a very interesting history and it is not difficult to learn. So let's start.
Viennese waltz is played since 1765. year. Encourages  of the Austrian National Games, moderate pace, from Lendler. From the alpine regions spread to Germany and France, where it was popular in the early 19th century, when it began to enter and in art music. From Lendler developed waltz, which is still a favorite among dancers. Learn waltz can be quickly and easily, just has a lot to practice. In order to achieve this it is necessary to learn the basic step well, and only then approach to learning right turns. Only when it is practiced should continue with learning left turns. Viennese waltz is one of the most popular and beautiful dances. The ecstasy of rhythm and inertia moves dancers, but also the audience. In 1953 he was included among the competition dances into the category of standard dances.
Keeping in dance is not so closed and partners are not strictly one in front of another. A man with his left hand holding a little lower still than in other standard dances, such as the English waltz or sloufoksu.
Lifting and lowering of the body should be precisely matched with a slope so that a moderate ripple.

The roots waltz dates back to 13-14 century from a German Springtanza who as part of an odd dance rhythm dance followed the introduction of the steam rate. Its origins can be linked with the Lander and Dreher dances from the 16th century.
The dance consists of 6 steps divided into two 3 clock to time turned over a full circle, rotating motion with emphasis on the first wave.
Viennese waltz is a dance with a progressive rotary motion, and an emphasis on the first wave. Partner or partner is on the inside of the circle when moving backwards, and the performance of this part is very important because improper performance leads to an imbalance couple. There is no inclination at the first step. Wrong tilt can block the flow of motion and progressiveness. Likewise, access to three feet, may not be visible on the upper body and head.
That's it for today. I'll see you tomorrow with a new dance.
