The word "salsa" means "sauce", and the other in New York in the absence of expression of the new dances that have appeared in the city. Echale Salsita) or "Add a little salsa" in 1933 where this word means moves in the dance and the type of music. There are many styles of salsa: Cuban, Puerto Rican, Colombian, New York, L. A. and others. Unlike standard dances, salsa is not much movement through space, and people often play themselves.

However, on that one stroke can take place tep, kick etc. Music usually involves a complicated and fast-paced percussion.Salsa is essentially a very simple dance steps made up of six to eight bits of music. When thoroughly overcome and rehearse these basic steps, and thus the rhythm, then learning different figure very easily. Girls do not even have all not to let them know but have to learn to follow good partners.
